Networked Lighting Controls are finally starting to arrive – and with them comes a host of new challenges for program implementors. Will the savings really be there? Was the lighting system set up correctly? Does the customer really need this system? Do these projects have to be custom? This webinar will cover the key concepts utility staff need to understand to be proficient working with trade allies and their end-use customers. Furthermore, it will highlight best practices for utility program design with a focus on how to conduct pragmatic oversight.

Learning Goals

At the end of the class, participants will understand:

  • The difference between NLC and LLLC
  • Key control methods trade allies should be deploying on NLC projects
  • How to interpret a NLC sequence of operations
  • How to conduct meaningful project oversight
  • New ways to deliver value to end-use customers
