Washington Builds is a new mission-driven 501(c)(3) green bank created by the Washington State Department of Commerce and recently capitalized with $25 million to mobilize private investment in clean energy, building performance, and resilient infrastructure across the state. This session walks through how we partner with lenders, contractors, developers, and building owners to close the financing gap on projects that traditional capital can't quite reach.

Allumia was founded in 2014 with the purpose of removing financial barriers to energy efficiency and electrification projects through an Energy and Efficiency-as-a-Service (EaaS) model. Headquartered in Seattle, WA, with staff across the country, Allumia provides funding, project management, and financing structuring for commercial and municipal energy projects, enabling organizations to implement improvements without requiring upfront capital. To date, Allumia has deployed over $32 million in project financing across more than 1,300 commercial and municipal sites in 38 states, with direct project experience serving city governments, public institutions, and small and mid-sized businesses.
