Open offices are illuminated with T5HO indirect and indirect/direct luminaires. Distributed intelligent controls demonstrate occupancy sensing, daylight dimming & task tuning.

Simple fabric “clouds” reflect light eliminating need for acoustical ceiling.

• All new HVAC ductwork was simplified and could be run in straight lines, improving air circulation
• All HVAC operates using automatic setback

• The existing HVAC units were reused, and use HCFC R22
• The system airflow was rebalanced after installation, The building owner has a maintenance contract with a mechanical firm for ongoing system monitoring, maintenance and balancing

Open Offices - Indirect pendants illuminate fabric clouds to evenly illuminate the cubicles. A comprehensive control system dims in response to daylight, switches in response to occupancy, and is planned to integrate with motorized shades.
