The 30’x40’ mockup room features movable ceilings with heights up to 15’ and south facing windows, with blackout shades, for daylight integration when needed.

The installed watts/sq.ft. excluding exempt interactive displays is 0.69 (0.84 w/task lighting) beating the Seattle and ASHRAE 2004 LPD’s by 31%.
